Moundville Archaeological Park Indian Summer Day Camps

2 sessions, ages 9-13

Two students looking out over the Black Warrior River in MoundvilleExperience the wonder of a vanished Native American civilization at the park — touring the archaeology lab, seeing museum artifacts, and exploring prehistoric Indian mounds. Other activities include hiking nature trails, sampling Indian foods, playing Native American games, and arts and crafts. There will be one day classes ages 10 to adult 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
